Advanced Pediatric Dental Technology Naperville

Achieving Safety, Precision & Comfort at Every Visit

At Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics Consultants, Dr. Dulli and associates stay up to date with the latest technology and science, ensuring highly successful treatments and precise, comfortable care. From our digital impression system to our digital cavity detection software, we want your child to enjoy a healthy smile, but not at the expense of having a positive visit. We encourage you to learn some more about the advanced technology we utilize in our office below.

DEKA Dental Laser

Our office uses CO2 soft tissue laser to deliver precise frenectomies and other surgeries that are more comfortable in a shorter amount of time. Laser treatment will not require stitches nor local anesthetic. As a result, your child will experience much less discomfort, post-operative bleeding, and have a faster recovery time!

Digital Cavity Detection

When it comes to cavities, a trained eye, and even X-rays, can’t always detect the early signs. That’s why we utilize AI and advanced digital cavity detection system, which highlights even the smallest diagnosis of decay. These technologies allow us to treat incipient cavities with less invasive methods, like Silver Diamine Fluoride and tooth-colored fillings, by catching them early on in their development.

Intraoral Camera

Intraoral cameras allow our team to take a more detailed, in-depth view of your child’s mouth at each of their routine checkups. This thin, wand-shaped device has a camera attached to the tip of it that’s able to capture still images as well as live video footage that our team can display on a large chairside monitor. That way, we can show you exactly what we’re looking at, better explain how treatments will solve issues, and give you a helpful visual resource to our diagnoses!

Digital X-Rays

Digital X-ray imaging is faster, safer, and exposes our patients to about 80 percent less radiation than traditional film X-rays. It also provides Dr. Dulli and his team with high-quality images that are able to be immediately viewed, helping your child spend less time in the treatment chair! With this advanced imaging, we can accurately and precisely make diagnoses and plan treatments.
